We coordinate OEM production through an extensive ecosystem of qualified Chinese industrial partners across multiple tiers of the supply chain. Our role is to translate engineering documentation into manufactured reality: on specification, on schedule, fully documented.
Supplier ecosystem: heavy fabrication yards, pressure equipment manufacturers, rotating machinery suppliers, electrical and instrumentation producers, precision machining workshops, coating specialists and certified testing laboratories.
Manufacturing control: material traceability and MTC / heat number review, welding supervision (WPS / PQR verification, welder qualification, consumable control), dimensional inspection and structural verification, non-destructive testing (UT, RT, MT, PT), coating inspection and DFT verification, hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing, functional and operational testing, FAT coordination with client, EPC or third-party inspectors.
Schedule & documentation: production expediting and milestone tracking, preparation of complete shipment release documentation packs including inspection reports, certificates, NDT records, FAT protocols and final quality release.
