Our role is to ensure that every subsea component arrives installation-ready: technically compliant, fully documented, properly preserved, and dimensionally compatible with the installation vessel, ROV systems and subsea connection methods, for safe handover to offshore installation contractors. We work closely with engineering teams, fabrication yards, marine contractors and vessel operators to keep equipment readiness synchronized with offshore campaign planning.
Key functions:
SPS equipment readiness for installation (subsea trees, manifolds, PLET / ILT, jumpers, SCM, PCDM, FODU, optical and low-voltage connectors); flexible pipe, umbilical and subsea cable logistics (reel and carousel handling, bend radius and tension control, quayside load-out coordination); ROV and subsea tooling support (spares, hydraulic power units, installation aids, intervention tools); precision procurement of subsea consumables (high-grade flanges, gaskets, seals, corrosion-resistant alloys with MTC / MTR verification); vessel interface coordination across MSV, cable-laying, heavy lift, rock dumping, dredging, transport and floating crane vessels; verification of lifting points, padeyes, transport frames and rigging interfaces; HSE integration throughout manufacturing, inspection and logistics operations supporting offshore campaigns.
